By accessing and using Real Tone ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Real Tone provides an AI text humanization service that transforms AI-generated content into human-like text. The service includes various features such as:

• AI text humanization and paraphrasing
• AI content detection
• Multiple writing modes and styles
• API access for developers (on applicable plans)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Please contact support with your refund request.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Real Tone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Real Tone, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide high-quality humanization, we cannot guarantee that all output will pass every AI detection system.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
